Job Summary

Maintain the safety and functionality of production equipment, machines, buildings, and grounds to support efficient manufacturing. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, install and remove components, perform preventative maintenance and inspections, and conduct test runs for proper functionality and alignment with quality standards. Collaborate with operators and process technicians, complete required safety permits, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Key Responsibilities

•Remove and install electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine components to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
•Troubleshoot system and equipment failures and recommend repairs.
•Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections on facility equipment.
•Design, fabricate, and weld machine components or fixtures, and complete test runs to ensure proper functionality and alignment with quality standards.
•Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of maintenance tools and work areas; repair building and grounds equipment as needed and complete required safety permits and assessments.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
•Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
•Experience with a maintenance management system.
•Forklift experience (preferred).
•Lockout/Tag out, hot work, and working from heights experience (preferred).
