Job Summary

Join Edenred Taiwan’s IT team as a Quality Assurance Engineer. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure testability, build automated tests, write and maintain test cases, lead test plans (functional, stress, security), and drive QA improvements in a fast-paced, CI/CD environment while supporting post-production monitoring and issue follow-up.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Understand business cases and align with product and development teams; provide implementation testability and effort estimation.
•Build and execute automation scripts according to the test plan and report results quantitatively.
•Write and review test cases based on user stories and maintain the test case repository.
•Lead test plan generation and validation, including functional, stress, and security tests; organize testing processes for new and existing products.
•Follow up on issues from test execution and implement post-production monitoring/alert mechanisms; participate in support engineering and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in automated testing tools for functional, performance, load, and security tests against API, web, and mobile applications.
•Extensive experience working with software development teams and applying software QA methodologies.
•Experience in software requirements review and validation, including functional and non-functional requirements expressed as user stories.
•Extensive experience in test plan creation and validation.
•Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles
