Key Responsibilities

  • •Design personalized learning paths to help each rep grow based on their current strengths and gaps
  • •Track rep progress and ensure key concepts are being applied in real sales conversations
  • •Use sales performance data to adjust coaching programs and prioritize high-impact areas
