Deposits Program Manager

Deliver multiple complex programs that advance the business unit’s strategic objectives, providing oversight and leadership to cross-functional teams executing concurrent, large-scale projects. Own intake, planning, business readiness, and execution; manage program artifacts and traceable documentation; and drive improvements through cost/benefit, client impact, and regulatory considerations. Build stakeholder relationships, influence buy-in, and guide junior internal/external resources while ensuring standard project protocols are met.
