Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
•Ensure contractor compliance with project safety plans, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure safe working practices.
•Review contractor submissions including HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures.
•Monitor construction activities related to road networks and multi-utility infrastructure, ensuring safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
•Minimum 10+ years of experience in health and safety for infrastructure construction projects.
•Strong experience in road and multi-utility infrastructure projects.
•Previous experience working with engineering consultancy firms in a supervision capacity.
•Good knowledge of international HSE standards and construction safety practices.
