Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the annual sales compensation design process, selecting compensation metrics, designing plan structures, and overseeing rollout and enablement for Sales.
  • •Administer sales compensation plans to ensure timely and accurate payout of commissions and incentives while managing related policies and documentation.
  • •Partner with Sales, Finance, Total Rewards, Legal, and other stakeholders to align compensation and deal frameworks with strategic priorities.
  • •Deliver analytics and reporting on KPIs including quota attainment, capacity modeling, and compensation effectiveness.
  • •Manage and develop a team supporting sales compensation and deal strategy, including ownership of financial impacts for non-standard deal structures.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field, with minimum 1 year of people management experience.

  • •Deep expertise in developing, administering, and communicating sales compensation plans to varied audiences.
  • •Experience partnering across Sales, Legal, and HR and influencing senior leadership.
