Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely U.S. payroll execution across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations by monitoring legislative updates and implementing required process changes.
  • •Serve as backup for payroll processing activities, including payroll entries, off-cycle payments, check printing, NACHA file preparation, and system testing.
  • •Act as a payroll subject matter advisor to business partners on payroll configuration, documentation, creation, and testing.
  • •Drive process improvement initiatives, lead year-end and year-beginning payroll activities, and oversee resolution of complex payroll discrepancies through root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •At least 2 years of relevant experience in people leadership and/or project leadership in a high-volume payroll or finance environment.
  • •5 years of experience in payroll processing and reporting activities in a high-volume, multi-jurisdiction environment.
  • •Experience supporting U.S. payroll operations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage payroll activities, including off-cycle payments and AP interfaces.
