Team Leader US Payroll Operations

Lead a team of payroll operations specialists supporting day-to-day U.S. payroll. Own full-cycle payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring accurate, timely execution and compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour rules. Partner with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to improve payroll processes and service delivery, provide subject-matter guidance, and manage year-end/year-beginning activities and root-cause resolution of complex payroll discrepancies.
