Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cycle count activities, inventory discrepancy reviews, and timely processing of inventory adjustments and stock transfer order reversals, including reporting results and follow-ups.
  • •Lead warehouse operational reliability improvements by reviewing recurring failures, implementing corrective/preventive actions, and managing escalated ASRS issues with partners and stakeholders.
  • •Own audit and regulatory readiness, including CAAP closures, warehouse and on-site audits, liaison with regulatory authorities, and readiness for TradeFIRST and related compliance reviews.
  • •Maintain and routinely review the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), run readiness exercises, and keep recovery procedures and contact lists current.
  • •Conduct access reviews and segregation-of-duties control checks, resolve exceptions, and maintain disposal records with complete evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • •Proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
  • •Experience in warehouse governance, audit, and compliance activities is advantageous.
  • •Strong attention to detail with proactive, resourceful, and accountable work habits.
  • •Excellent communication skills and competence in MS Office, especially Excel.
