Key Responsibilities

  • •Help clients identify and prioritise AI opportunities, facilitating AI discovery workshops and business value assessments.
  • •Advise on AI readiness, adoption, governance, and responsible AI practices, translating requirements into AI-enabled solution designs.
  • •Collaborate with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project teams to design AI-enhanced business solutions.
  • •Guide implementation of Copilot capabilities across Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, Business Central), Power Platform, and SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
  • •Support customer engagement through architecture/design reviews, proofs of concept, demos, and pilot projects; assist with pre-sales activities and workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience in consulting, business applications, digital transformation, or an AI-focused role.
  • •Experience implementing Microsoft technologies, including one or more: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, or Microsoft 365.
  • •Experience configuring or implementing Microsoft Copilot capabilities and/or Copilot Studio.
  • •Strong understanding of generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and AI governance/risk.
  • •Ability to bridge business and technical conversations, with strong workshop facilitation and written/verbal communication skills.
