Job Summary

Join the K-Star ABF Investment Management Services team to support Asset-Based Finance investments for a $30bn portfolio. You’ll manage consumer/mortgage loan data, own monthly remittance processes, troubleshoot data/cash issues, and analyze discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Build reporting and analytics to monitor portfolio performance, including borrowing base calculations, concentration requirements, and hedging facilities. Role is based in Dallas and works closely with the deal team.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Asset-Based Finance group with data management for consumer/mortgage loans.
•Own and maintain the monthly remittance process and troubleshoot cash/data issues with counterparties and servicers.
•Identify, analyze, and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and produce portfolio monitoring reports.
•Assist in designing standard operating procedures and requirements for supporting technology.
•Build robust reporting to provide analytics and portfolio insights, including borrowing base and hedging facility analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•3-5 years of experience in Financial Services with exposure to residential/consumer data.
•Advanced knowledge of the MS suite; SQL and/or Python are a plus.
•Strong initiative, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
