Job Summary

Own operational performance for foodpanda Bangladesh’s Quick Commerce (QC) Shops portfolio, using data to monitor fulfilment KPIs, identify risks, and drive root-cause action plans with vendors and Account Managers. Build dashboards and recurring reporting using Excel/Sheets, SQL, and BI tools to support continuous improvement and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Own operational performance of the QC Shops portfolio across Bangladesh by monitoring and improving fulfilment and business KPIs.
•Perform data-driven risk identification and root-cause analyses, then develop structured action plans to improve vendor performance.
•Lead operational execution of strategic retail partner launches, coordinating readiness across cross-functional teams and ensuring launch stabilisation.
•Coordinate picker operations and inventory readiness, including training-to-deployment readiness and inventory verification priorities.
•Build operational dashboards and recurring reports, support analysis with SQL/BI tools where applicable, and deliver weekly/monthly business reviews to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•4–5 years of experience in Operations, Retail, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Marketplace Operations, or Account Management.
•Demonstrated experience managing operational performance and delivering measurable business improvements.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (mandatory).
•Experience with SQL and BI tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar) is preferred.
