Job Summary

Drive day-to-day visual production for Salesforce’s Flex Creative cell in Mexico City, executing and scaling brand-aligned static layouts, digital campaign assets, and UI components. Key Responsibilities

•Execute and scale high-quality design assets, marketing layouts, and visual compositions based on brand guidelines and system architectures.
•Craft responsive UI and component designs (vector components and layout templates) in Figma, preparing assets for motion design handoff.
•Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate asset isolation and layout variation while preserving design quality.
•Maintain flawless organization of the local design library, including vector assets, typography packages, and brand central toolkits with 100% brand compliance.
•Partner with Art Direction and Kinetic Systems teams to translate creative briefs into production-ready static assets for global marketing platforms and live events.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven design craft in graphic design, digital brand systems, or UI layout creation in high-volume environments.
•A portfolio showing strong typography, hierarchy, grid systems, and multi-channel asset creation (advertising, social, web).
•Advanced hands-on Figma skills (components and auto-layout) and mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•Practical experience using generative AI design features (including prompt engineering) to speed traditional design tasks.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interpret global briefs and document asset specifications.
