Key Responsibilities

•Participate in advanced Professional Services engagement types including enterprise migrations and architecture modernization, system challenge resolution, disaster recovery protection, system proofs of concept, and advanced deployments across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes.
•Apply knowledge of related technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL, object storage, SAN/NAS) to ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
•Apply understanding of server-side servicing models, authentication methods (native credentials, domain-based, SAML/OIDC), and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, TLS).
•Lead customers and colleagues using repeatable system engineering methods to deliver outcomes at the intersection of ArcGIS Enterprise and enterprise IT systems.
•Collaborate with Professional Services staff to resolve complex technical challenges and mentor less-experienced colleagues.

Travel: Medium travel
