Key Responsibilities

  • •Bedarfs- und kundenorientierte Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss Pflegeprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnerärzten sowie einem interprofessionellen Team.
  • •Erkennung und Beherrschung von Notfallsituationen sowie Einleitung adäquater Massnahmen bis zum Eintreffen des Arztes
  • •Übernahme der Verantwortung für die korrekte Patientendokumentation wie auch Informationsweitergabe im zugeteilten Aufgabenbereich
  • •Einführung und Betreuung von neuen Mitarbeitenden, Lernenden sowie Studierenden

Key Requirements

  • •Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/ FH oder
  • •entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung bei ausländischen Abschlüssen
  • •Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich sammeln.
  • •Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Zertifikat B2)
  • •Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • •Grosse Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und hohes Organisationstalent
  • •Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen
  • •Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende anzuleiten
