Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, terminations) in Workday with high accuracy and timely documentation across EMEA.
  • •Own employee data integrity in Workday as the system of record and collaborate with Payroll and Finance to resolve data discrepancies affecting downstream outputs.
  • •Support regional benefits administration and maintain working knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements across EMEA jurisdictions.
  • •Perform quality assurance checks on transactions and documentation and support regional and global audit processes (including SOX) with meticulous record-keeping.
  • •Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement scalable workflow enhancements using modern tools, Workday functionality, and AI-enabled solutions.

Salary: GBP 50,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with advanced hands-on Workday transactions, data governance, and reporting.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing employee lifecycle processes in audit-conscious environments, with SOX exposure preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in two to three priority EMEA markets (specifically the UK, Spain, or Romania), with Lithuania or Israel exposure a plus.
  • •An AI-forward mindset with a hands-on approach to modern technology and a track record of adopting AI tools or automation to improve daily workflows.
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal), with exceptional attention to detail and quality-first judgment.
