Key Responsibilities

•Supervise shop employees and oversee plant operations across relevant departments through monitoring, reviewing, and reporting.
•Plan and assign work; coordinate schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure the plant runs effectively and efficiently by applying company policies, procedures, and regulations.
•Improve quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale; manage departmental performance measures and provide progress reports to senior leadership.
•Manage employee relations and employment-related decisions with management and HR; resolve employment issues and assist with absenteeism/timekeeping as needed.
