Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the comprehensive management and administration of highway and roadway projects, establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
  • •Provide leadership to subordinate managers and serve as primary liaison between the client and AECOM.
  • •Ensure project construction aligns with design specifications, budget, and schedule through effective management of teams.
  • •Administer budgeting, scheduling, procurement and contract closeout with significant P&L responsibility.
  • •Develop and implement project management plans including risk, quality control and resource allocation; coordinate with engineering, design, environmental and construction teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California.
  • •Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility.
  • •Experience with business development and client relations.
