Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the comprehensive management and administration of highway and roadway projects, establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
•Provide leadership to subordinate managers and serve as primary liaison between the client and AECOM.
•Ensure project construction aligns with design specifications, budget, and schedule through effective management of teams.
•Administer budgeting, scheduling, procurement and contract closeout with significant P&L responsibility.
•Develop and implement project management plans including risk, quality control and resource allocation; coordinate with engineering, design, environmental and construction teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California.
•Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility.
•Experience with business development and client relations.
