Key Responsibilities

  • •Map, baseline, and digitize command workflows and Joint Staff standards; create versioned workflow diagrams.
  • •Develop and maintain minimum viable ontologies and ensure metadata standards for integration across MSS and WDP.
  • •Configure out-of-the-box Microsoft 365/DEOS capabilities to improve data accessibility, efficiency, and decision advantage.
  • •Train Knowledge Managers and functional users on metadata practices and modern collaboration/data platforms (Microsoft 365, Databricks, Palantir).
  • •Review agile work packages for governance adherence, evaluate dataflow functionality, and deliver MVP increments using digital capture tools (e.g., JIRA, Slack).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
  • •10+ years of experience in knowledge management or process engineering.

  • •U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance (DOD Security Clearance: TS/SCI).
