Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the month-end close and reporting process by preparing and posting job-specific journal entries and underlying calculations.
  • •Analyze GL accounts and financial statement fluxes for personnel-related areas such as commissions/bonus, stock-based compensation, and employee benefits.
  • •Prepare rollforwards and reconciliation schedules for balance sheet and expense accounts (e.g., payroll liability, accrued/prepaid bonus, 401K liability, common stock).
  • •Contribute to financial statement preparation, including footnote disclosures, for areas of involvement and participate in design/execution/continuous improvement of the closing task list and close calendar.
  • •Assist with policies, systems, controls, and compliance (including Sarbanes-Oxley), and participate in audits and ad hoc finance/accounting projects as needed.

Salary: USD 105,315 - 142,485 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in Accounting (or equivalent) with a solid understanding of GAAP.
  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or working directly in an accounting role.
  • •Strongly preferred: experience with SaaS.
  • •Strongly preferred: proficiency in NetSuite.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF functions, pivot tables).
