Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute, monitor, and follow up on quality assurance audit plans, reviews, and surveillance under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • •Maintain the QA system for internal procedures, processes, and product audits, surveillance, and spot checks in accordance with E CAA/IOSA standards.
  • •Prepare and execute internal annual audit plans, including regular audit checks and urgent audit reviews, using approved checklists.
  • •Identify root causes and assist in formulating and monitoring corrective actions for regulatory audits; record findings and corrective actions for verification and follow-up.
  • •Perform safety and quality audits and periodic review approvals for suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, simulator, ramp, and outstations; raise and follow up findings in Q-Pulse and with responsible owners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering, ATPL/CPL License or equivalent with experience exposure to meet role requirements.
  • •3–5 years of related Quality Assurance/Audit experience in the aviation/airline industry.
  • •Exposure to Civil Aviation Authorities and regulatory bodies’ legal requirements, preferably GCAA and/or EASA/FAA.
  • •Knowledge of commercial/safety/internal/external audit practices and QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures affecting Flight Operations.
  • •Proficiency with documentation control systems and the ability to design procedures and manuals in line with adopted regulations and approved quality standards.
