•Raise the engineering bar across the team through design review, mentoring, and pragmatic technical standards.
•Own identity services end to end, from design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing operation.
•Support urgent customer and operational incidents by diagnosing and resolving issues quickly, and preventing recurrence.
•Balance feature delivery with reliability and availability of identity infrastructure operating at high request volume.
•Set technical direction and make principled architectural trade-offs across reliability, availability, consistency, and security, shaping the identity roadmap.
