Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for hardware architecture and platform development for automation products (HMI, PLC, relays, and Ethernet-based communication).
  • •Define and conduct technical studies and feasibility analyses, then drive the implementation of hardware designs through design reviews, commissioning, and industrialization.
  • •Architect and implement industrial communication solutions and ensure high-performing integration of hardware, firmware, and software.
  • •Guide the development of low-level drivers, BSPs, and hardware abstraction layers, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.
  • •Coordinate validation and testing activities (EMC, environmental and reliability tests) and manage technical tradeoffs, risks, and hardware development process improvements across the full product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or embedded systems.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in development projects for electrotechnical products focused on hardware.
  • •Solid knowledge of hardware architecture and system integration, including industrial communication interfaces.
  • •Experience leading global development teams in a technical lead capacity.
  • •Good German and English skills (written and spoken).
