Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for hardware architecture and platform development for automation products (HMI, PLC, relays, Ethernet communication).
  • •Define and execute technical studies and feasibility analyses.
  • •Direct hardware design implementation (circuits, power, communication interfaces), including design reviews, commissioning, and industrialization.
  • •Architect and implement industrial communication solutions and ensure integration of hardware, firmware, and software.
  • •Coordinate validation and testing activities (EMV/EMC, environmental and reliability tests) across the product lifecycle and manage technical risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or embedded systems.
  • •At least 8 years of professional experience in development projects for electrotechnical products focused on hardware.
  • •Hands-on expertise in ARM microprocessors/microcontrollers and industrial communication interfaces.
  • •Experience with technical leadership for global development teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of hardware architecture and system integration, with experience in HMI/PLC/industrial automation platforms and Single Pair Ethernet (preferred).
