Operations Lead - Domkloster, Cologne

Lead day-to-day store operations and drive profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and coach teams while managing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink. Oversee core operational functions including receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates. Support safe, well-run stockroom and sales floor standards, and help manage reporting, budgets, expenses, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities.
