Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of NLP and machine learning models across design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
  • •Apply open-source LLM approaches using prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation metric frameworks for business applications.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and product managers) to deliver HR tools and AI-powered products.
  • •Use a broad technology stack (Python, SQL, AWS, and related ML/NLP tools) to extract insights from large numeric and textual datasets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,600 - 154,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (quantitative field) plus 2 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration).
  • •At least 2 years’ experience with Python, machine learning, and SQL.
  • •At least 1 year experience with relational databases such as Snowflake.
  • •At least 1 year experience with AI/ML tools and ecosystems such as Hugging Face, VectorDBs, or PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • •Experience developing and validating models (including techniques like clustering, classification, sentiment analysis, time series, and deep learning).
