Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop holistic global category strategies for kitchen equipment, MRO, and spares aligned to operational, commercial, and brand objectives.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure capability growth and succession readiness.
  • •Run complex, multi-country sourcing events and conduct advanced negotiations with suppliers for pricing, transparency, service levels, warranty support, and risk reduction.
  • •Drive spares strategy and optimization, including demand visibility, inventory parameters, replenishment models, availability targets, and risk-based stocking.
  • •Shape repair, service, and maintenance procurement strategies to improve uptime, reduce lifecycle cost, strengthen supplier accountability, and support restaurant execution.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in supply chain roles.
  • •5+ years’ experience in global/regional strategic category management or procurement.
  • •Proven experience in global procurement/category management within equipment, MRO, spares, service, logistics, or adjacent operational supply categories.
  • •Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier strategy, category lifecycle management, landed cost analysis, and total cost of ownership.
  • •Strong negotiation skills for complex, multi-market agreements and strong analytical/commercial acumen.
