Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve high volumes of global customer account requests, ensuring data accuracy and completing compliance checks (including Descartes embargo screening and VAT verification).
  • •Manage customer data frameworks by building corporate hierarchies (top accounts and MCNs) and drive deduplication through auditing, staging, and preparing account merges.
  • •Collaborate with FinOps, RevOps, Product Ops, and Legal to resolve data anomalies and streamline order-to-cash workflows, especially during close cycles.
  • •Perform daily and weekly sanity checks on Customer Master Data dashboards to monitor core elements and address issues before they impact ordering or forecasting.
  • •Contribute to data integrity initiatives such as account hierarchy consolidation, global partner database reviews, public account standardization, and sales territory optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in data management, data governance, or master data operations.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and Jira, plus enterprise data management tools.
  • •Familiarity with data governance, address/VAT verification tools, and compliance screening processes.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including desktop data analysis, formatting, and dashboard monitoring.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across global teams and navigate complex decisions.
