Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop growth strategy for UK ports including shipping lines, BCOs, logistics park, port-park integration, and multimodal.
  • •Create a 3–5 year commercial growth portfolio covering existing account growth and new revenue streams.
  • •Build business plans to support long-term investment in the port and drive strategic decisions.
  • •Develop commercial analysis capability and provide timely, decision-useful insight into business performance and growth.
  • •Lead forecasting and scenario modeling, including rolling forecasts, customer/volume outlooks, and risk/opportunity early warning indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant executive-level commercial leadership experience in ports, logistics, supply chain, shipping, transport, infrastructure, or related services.
  • •Proven success delivering substantial revenue growth, profitability improvement, and commercial transformation.
  • •Experience leading large, complex commercial organizations with significant financial accountability.
  • •Strong understanding of global trade, shipping, logistics, supply chains, and customer solutions.
  • •Strong financial acumen with an incisive, analytical mindset and proven decision-making ability; MBA or equivalent desirable.
