Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and evaluate technical requirements from customer specifications, tenders, and development projects.
  • •Develop and optimize technical designs and engineering solutions aligned with project objectives and industry standards.
  • •Manage product development activities including prototyping, validation, and industrialization with internal teams and external partners.
  • •Participate in technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders in an international environment.
  • •Support teams (Project Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality) on cost, quality, performance, and delivery objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering or design department within an industrial environment.
  • •Proven experience in product design, development, and project execution.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent.
  • •Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industrial production methods.
