Machine Operator (Blown Films) - Sterling MA - Rotating 8am-8pm shift

Operate and troubleshoot blown films extrusion equipment to produce quality products that meet internal and customer standards. Perform changeovers, resin pre-blend and blending/mixing, machine adjustments, scrap collection and documentation, and 2-hour quality checks. Set and verify secondary equipment, monitor stack light alerts, close production orders in the system, maintain required production rates, and support safety and housekeeping throughout the shift on a rotating 12-hour schedule.
