Support the End-to-End Servicing Journey Reimagination initiative by turning servicing requirements into actionable metrics, analyses, and decision support. Communicate concise, decision-oriented insights that help guide readiness and go-live choices across servicing design and delivery.

•Perform analyses to support End-to-End Servicing design and delivery, including readiness and go-live decisioning.
•Translate workstream requirements into analytical questions and develop analyses using available data sources.
•Partner with stakeholders and BI teams to define, refine, and operationalize servicing metrics aligned to objectives.
•Support development and validation of recurring and ad-hoc reporting to track performance, risk, and outcomes.
•Conduct data quality checks and validation, document assumptions/limitations, and support issue triage using operational and QC data.

•Strong analytical thinking to uncover insights and communicate evidence-based stories and implications for decision-making.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
