Job Summary

Lead and elevate an enterprise architecture platform by serving as the primary HOPEX technical owner. Own HOPEX administration, configuration, operations, maintenance, and optimization, acting as the main technical point of contact for the HOPEX vendor. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical owner and expert for the HOPEX platform, managing configuration, operations, maintenance, and optimization.
•Act as the main point of contact for the vendor (BizzDesign/MEGA) for issue resolution, technical support, enhancements, and license management.
•Develop and manage data integrations between HOPEX and systems such as ServiceNow, Entra ID, HR, and financial systems.
•Enforce EA data governance by maintaining modeling standards, meta-model/meta-data practices, naming conventions, and repository governance.
•Administer day-to-day platform health and produce executive dashboards, reports, and scenario models to support strategic analysis and investment planning.

Key Requirements

•Active Secret Clearance.
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
•7+ years of hands-on experience as a HOPEX Architect with platform administration, configuration, operations, maintenance, and optimization.
•Proven proficiency applying enterprise architecture frameworks, specifically TOGAF and DoDAF, in a government or large enterprise environment.
•Relevant professional certifications, such as MEGA HOPEX Practitioner Certification; TOGAF 9 and/or DoDAF certification; ITIL and/or COBIT; and CompTIA Security+ (or DoD 8570/8140 compliant certification).
