Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver bespoke onboarding requirements to customers using the RiskNarrative platform
  • •Use RiskNarrative product expertise to guide customers through presenting, analysing, problem solving, training, and configuring the platform
  • •Work with Client Directors and stakeholders to provide proactive customer service for dedicated accounts
  • •Develop financial crime strategies with customers and configure the platform to support customer objectives
  • •Gather and document customer requirements for configuration while liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and support onboarding through the full lifecycle

Key Requirements

  • •Experience implementing and configuring bespoke customer SaaS products
  • •Knowledge of integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs, including JSON, XML, and webhooks
  • •Financial crime knowledge/experience as an analyst or investigator (e.g., Application Fraud, Transaction Fraud, KYC, AML, Data, or Credit)
  • •Excellent teamwork and verbal/written communication skills with customers at all levels
  • •Ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams and meet client deadlines, service level agreements, and performance guarantees
