Lead Visa’s SMB Premium & Loyalty proposition for Europe within the SMB Solutioning team. Own end-to-end growth of differentiated premium propositions and drive commercial outcomes, client value, and deal success. Partner with Sales, Product, and regional leadership to evolve offerings, win complex deals, scale the SMB benefits ecosystem, and translate market opportunities into commercially viable, scalable solutions with strong go-to-market enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the SMB Premium & Loyalty strategy for Europe aligned to VCS and global product priorities.
•Own the design and evolution of differentiated, scalable SMB premium propositions grounded in customer insight and commercial viability.
•Lead and scale the SMB Benefits capability, including governance, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
•Lead solutioning for the most strategic and complex SMB client deals across the region.
•Drive SMB Premium go-to-market strategy and enablement through client materials, business cases, training, playbooks, and tools.

Key Requirements

•Deep experience in payments, financial services, or fintech, with expertise in premium card products, loyalty, rewards, or value-added services.
•Proven track record defining and delivering commercial strategies with measurable impact.
•Extensive experience leading complex, high-value client engagements at exec level.
•Strong background developing and scaling proposition offerings across markets.
•Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and shape strategic direction in a matrix environment.
