Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Negotiate, draft, review, and finalize settlement documents with plaintiffs’ counsel, develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, and resolve claimant disputes. Oversee settlement implementation and claims administration, including workflow and quality assurance, while performing data analysis and leading nurse paralegals and other attorneys.
