Job Summary

Supervise and optimize the shipping and delivery process for finished automotive goods by analyzing logistics data, bottlenecks, and risks. Own KPI reporting on a monthly basis to drive continuous improvement and gross margin performance, monitor on-time delivery against inventory targets, and coordinate escalations with customers and supply chain planners. Lead, develop, and review team performance, partner cross-functionally, and manage engineering changes to prevent obsolescence.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and other issues.
•Evaluate and report KPIs monthly, driving continuous improvement to improve gross margin for the automotive business unit.
•Monitor logistics for finished goods to ensure on-time delivery based on inventory targets.
•Serve as an escalation contact for customers and supply chain planners, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Engineering, Quality).
•Train, guide, and develop employees, providing yearly performance reviews and ongoing feedback for the supply chain team.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of customer account management (automotive preferred).
•Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
•Working experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
•Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
•Degree in supply chain management or a similar field; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
