Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of production for remote events and in-studio work.
  • •Occasionally oversee daily hire personnel for production and timecard submission.
  • •Navigate internal databases and documents for broadcast schedules, crewing, and personnel information.
  • •Reconcile remote event budgets in partnership with the onsite Production Manager, including fiscally managing purchase cards and budgets.
  • •Coordinate travel logistics for talent, production, and crew, and work with internal partners and vendors on remote and studio logistics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility.
  • •Working knowledge of Excel and Smartsheets.
  • •Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, communicate clearly, and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • •Basic knowledge of sports production and interest in the operations side of sports broadcasting.
