Call Center Senior Associate

Drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls to Canada-based customers, promoting telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and handle objections while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards. Work on a US–Canada aligned night shift from the office with company-provided pick-up/drop for night shifts.
