Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete AML-aligned wealth management documentation reviews accurately and on time for allocated workload.
  • •Review wealth management documentation and information for onboarding and trigger events according to Northern Trust AML processes and procedures.
  • •Identify due diligence documentation requiring update, due to inadequacy or aging, and efficiently escalate material issues.
  • •Escalate more complex problems and critical issues to line management, including issues received from partners such as the US WM CRF Review Team in Chicago.
  • •Perform full reviews of client relationship forms in the KYC system and provide regular, meaningful, accurate periodic updates to line management and colleagues in Pune and Chicago.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience with knowledge of trust and banking product documentation to verify required legal documents and associated information against internal policies.
  • •Ability to act as a control point for client relationship form review following client onboarding and product opening.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills to manage reviews and queries professionally.
  • •Documentation analysis skills to research and understand KYC CRF requirements and identify exceptions.
  • •General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications related to the role.
