Support the corporate office’s human resources functions by managing parts of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent development, and offboarding. Key Responsibilities

•Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, talent development, and offboarding.
•Stay current on HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws; recommend best practices and collaborate on compliant HRIS processes.
•Support talent management, including talent reviews and succession planning while ensuring Talent Review recording in SuccessFactors.
•Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR, escalating complex issues to the HR Director as needed.
•Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security guidelines.

Key Requirements
