Design, develop, and administer Service Cloud solutions for enterprise customer service teams. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end Service Cloud projects focused on customer service excellence and agent productivity.
•Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
•Build and maintain integrations with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, CTI connectors, middleware tools, and Platform Events.
•Customize and configure Service Cloud, including objects, workflows, process builder, roles/profiles, sharing rules, validation rules, and page layouts.
•Implement and improve Agentforce/AI conversational bots, including bot workflows, dialog management, API integrations, and Omni-Channel handoff, plus deployment and data migration using Copado, Change Sets, and data tools like Apex Data Loader.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com projects, including Service Cloud implementations for enterprise clients.
•Hands-on Service Cloud expertise, including Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, case management, email-to-case, knowledge management, and AI-driven bots (Einstein Bots/Agentforce).
•Proficiency developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
•Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, CTI connectors, middleware tools, and Platform Events.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and performance, including Governor Limits optimization and development lifecycle/deployment using Copado and Change Sets.
