Key Responsibilities

•Translate engineering team needs into a prioritized roadmap with clear success criteria and tradeoffs
•Track and report metrics that reflect developer experience health to surface bottlenecks and inform next steps
•Partner with engineers, TPMs, and cross-functional stakeholders to scope and deliver platform improvements across CI/CD, build systems, and observability
•Write crisp specs and requirements to enable fast engineering delivery with well-defined criteria
•Evaluate and champion integration of AI and agentic tooling into developer workflows and provide a pragmatic point of view on leverage

•BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
•3+ years of product management experience with hands-on engineering or developer experience ownership

•Fluency in developer productivity metrics (e.g., DORA measures, cycle time)
•Hands-on experience with AI/agentic systems and evaluating tools for developer workflows
