Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a regional team to ensure suppliers have the capability, capacity, quality systems, and operational excellence to meet business requirements.
  • •Own supplier lifecycle activities including qualification, risk assessments, APQP/production readiness, launch monitoring, and post-launch continuous improvement.
  • •Manage launch readiness execution and escalation/recovery for at-risk suppliers, supporting production trials, Run-at-Rate, and PPAP approval/containment.
  • •Establish regional supplier governance through business/development reviews, corrective action closure, performance trend monitoring, and escalation management.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, program management, and operations leadership to align priorities and provide executive updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of supplier development, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or supply chain experience.
  • •At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • •Experience leading APQP, supplier qualification, sourcing support, and launch management/problem solving.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, MSA, SPC, supplier auditing, and launch readiness/risk management.
