Job Summary

Lead finance talent development, internal communications, and CORE adoption across the Finance organization. Own programs for interns, first-time managers, and finance leadership development, while driving change-management messaging, CFO Town Halls, and Finance Leadership engagement. Partner with HR and talent leaders to design career initiatives and onboarding experiences, maintain the Finance Hub SharePoint and newsletter, and serve as CORE focal lead to improve processes, readiness, and sustainment plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Raytheon Finance Intern Program, including recruiting, offers, onboarding, CORE certification curriculum delivery, and offboarding in partnership with HR and functional leaders.
•Deliver leadership development programs including the Finance Academy of Management and the Finance Leadership Development Program for rotators, managing rotations and career development activities.
•Develop and execute internal communication and change management strategies across Finance, including CFO Town Halls, Finance Leadership Team engagements, and organization-wide communications.
•Partner with Finance and HR/Talent leaders to design and deploy career development initiatives, resources, and onboarding/pipeline activities for new employee experience.
•Serve as CORE focal lead for Finance, harmonizing Command Media, driving adoption and sustainment of new processes/tools, and using CORE methodologies to drive improvement opportunities and readiness.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, career development, or internal communications; or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
•Professional experience in a related finance role.
•Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across functions and businesses.
•Demonstrated ability to influence large-scale change at multiple levels of an organization.
•CORE Professional or Expert Certification (preferred).
