Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Raytheon Finance Intern Program, including recruiting, offers, onboarding, CORE certification curriculum delivery, and offboarding in partnership with HR and functional leaders.
  • •Deliver leadership development programs including the Finance Academy of Management and the Finance Leadership Development Program for rotators, managing rotations and career development activities.
  • •Develop and execute internal communication and change management strategies across Finance, including CFO Town Halls, Finance Leadership Team engagements, and organization-wide communications.
  • •Partner with Finance and HR/Talent leaders to design and deploy career development initiatives, resources, and onboarding/pipeline activities for new employee experience.
  • •Serve as CORE focal lead for Finance, harmonizing Command Media, driving adoption and sustainment of new processes/tools, and using CORE methodologies to drive improvement opportunities and readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, career development, or internal communications; or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • •Professional experience in a related finance role.
  • •Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across functions and businesses.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence large-scale change at multiple levels of an organization.
  • •CORE Professional or Expert Certification (preferred).
