Key Responsibilities

•Drive GTM operating cadences (e.g. forecasting, pipeline reviews, top accounts reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews) and conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
•Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategy and resource plans.
•Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance and provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
•Lead strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
•Partner with technical teams to implement processes and work with the data team to ensure data accuracy and availability for revenue-related activities.

Key Requirements

•7+ years experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company, with a track record of delivering impact.
•Experience building territories, compensation plans, and quotas for GTM teams, and using Salesforce.com.
•Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
•Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
•Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage multiple projects concurrently, and communicate effectively with executives.
