Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, investigate, and analyze performance and availability; design, manage, and track product-specific metrics and goals
  • •Develop tools and prototypes to proactively monitor service performance and prevent recurrence of issues
  • •Collaborate with product engineers to advocate reliable and scalable system design for support, resilience, and reliability
  • •Leverage data analysis, network diagnostics, and debugging tools to characterize performance and drive improvements
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve escalations and incidents for customers

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field through formal education or equivalent professional experience
  • •Extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related role
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • •Expertise with scripting or procedural languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell, C/C++, Java) and SQL
  • •Experience operating in a UNIX/Linux environment and with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Grafana)
