•Oversee exploitation planning, including scheduling of drivers and vehicles in compliance with social transport regulations.
•Manage vehicle fleet follow-up in collaboration with maintenance and monitor permits, medical visits, and equipment validity.
•Conduct field quality checks on service performance (timings, service quality) and support driver coaching and training as needed.
•Coordinate commercially with transport authorities as the dedicated point of contact for service evolution and works on the route network.

•Experience in planning and management.
•Proficiency with computer tools: Windows environment + exploitation software (Okapi).
