Senior Catering Server (QA)

Provide excellent customer service as a catering server by greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking accurate food and beverage orders. Serve orders promptly and courteously, check back for satisfaction, and address inquiries or concerns. Enter orders into the point-of-sale system, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, process payments, and keep the dining area clean and organized while following health and safety and sanitation practices.
