Key Responsibilities

  • •Define architecture strategy for AEM-led digital experiences centered on content and scalable delivery for enterprise customers.
  • •Lead multi-functional teams spanning engineering, architecture, and business functions to deliver solutions aligned to client goals and technical requirements.
  • •Deliver AEM-integrated solutions across Experience Cloud ecosystems, including analytics, personalization, and customer data platform capabilities.
  • •Develop and communicate project scope, delivery estimates, resource plans, and timelines based on implementation and licensing requirements.
  • •Identify delivery challenges early and create practical solutions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring security and proper data movement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect or Principal Consultant, with significant proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • •4+ years crafting and delivering AEM-based solutions (Sites, Assets, and integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • •Experience working with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM core plus three or more): AEM Sites/Assets/App Builder, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer/Campaign/Marketo Engage, Real-Time CDP/Audience Manager, Commerce/Magento, Target/Recommendations, and related platforms.
  • •Hands-on experience with Adobe data management and querying tools such as Schema and Query Services.
  • •Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AEM solutions, define project scope/timelines based on implementation and licensing requirements, and address delivery challenges early.
