Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to execute preventative and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot plant utilities including electrical systems, emergency backup power, HVAC, chilled water, heating hot water, process water, compressed air, scrubbers, city water, natural gas, and process waste streams.
  • •Create standardized KPI metrics and drive organizational excellence with accountability across levels.
  • •Oversee development and implementation of advanced maintenance methodologies to improve uptime, efficiency, and cost control.
  • •Manage the work ticketing system for accurate staffing and timely responses to break/fix requests, including 24/7 off-hours and emergency support.
  • •Manage third-party service providers and partner with construction on site improvement projects; own cranes and related material handling systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience with facilities operations or critical systems management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Knowledge of infrastructure systems including HVAC, hydronics, compressed air, electrical distribution, generators, and fire suppression.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with CMMS and predictive maintenance strategies.
