Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight, supporting the client as client representative to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • •Assist/lead overall construction execution by creating and coordinating detailed Project Execution Plans and GC PEP activities.
  • •Proactively manage construction execution risks, maintain the risk register, and coordinate GC actions with the client PM as needed.
  • •Support design and procurement phases by reviewing drawings against requirements, assessing constructability, and aligning resources procurement with the project strategy.
  • •Own/maintain project schedule at the required tracking level; run stakeholder kick-offs/meetings and produce meeting minutes, daily/monthly/event reporting, and coordinate RFI/submittal and closeout reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • •Engineering or Architecture degree.
  • •Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager delivering successful client solutions with performance measurement/analysis.
  • •PMI certification is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish for meetings, reports, and presentations.
